Got quoted double the price for the same crates, where are you all buying yours?

I run a small bakery supply business and I've been trying to standardise the crates I use for deliveries because right now it's a total mishmash and it looks unprofessional when I show up at hotels and restaurants. So I started calling around for quotes and the price difference between suppliers is honestly insane. One place in Ras Al Khor quoted me almost double what another guy in Ajman was asking for what looked like the exact same crate. That made me suspicious so now I'm trying to figure out who's actually legit and who's just marking up imported stuff. A friend told me to look at plastic crates suppliers in UAE reviews before committing to anyone, and I ended up on crateco which seems to have a proper catalogue rather than just a WhatsApp number and a warehouse photo. Before I order though I want to hear from people actually running businesses here. Do you negotiate on bulk orders or is the listed price usually final? And has anyone had issues with delivery delays or crates arriving with cracks from these types of suppliers? I'd rather pay a bit more for reliability than save 200 dirhams and get stuck chasing someone for a replacement.
